I was excited to see the DMNS store online. Upon placing my order, I received an email shortly after saying that one item I ordered wasn't available. I was given options as to how I wanted to proceed, either replace with a similar item or wait until the item was restocked. Since I didn't need the items right away, I chose to wait. In return, DMNS generously offered to refund my shipping costs. The items arrived in a timely manner, even with the delay for restocking. Everything was well packaged and high quality. The postcards in particular bring back a lot of childhood memories, and will be great to include with gifts for family members. Thank you, DMNS for keeping me informed and providing great service.
